A street performer headbutted a policeman while dressed as the Queen, a court has heard.
Marian Gogu, 31, attacked PC Peter Barnett when he said he could not play for cash in London’s Trafalgar Square.
Romanian-born Gogu, who lives in Soho, was bailed until October 6 after admitting assaulting PC Barnett and hitting him with a plastic wand.
Judge Richard Clarke said at Westminster magistrates court: “You could not complain if I jailed you.”
