A BBC radio newsreader turned the airwaves blue after his foul-mouthed rant at a technical glitch in the studio was broadcast live on air. Radio Scotland newsreader Grahame MacGregor repeatedly swore as audio for a pre-recorded report jammed during the Good Morning Scotland 7.50am bulletin, yesterday. Lynne Renney’s piece on broadband speeds in the area became stuck a minute and a half into the news, repeating the words “The Borders” a grating 38 times.
Grahame cursed and frantically pushed buttons as he tried to fix the problem, completely unaware that his microphone was still on. The broadcast journalist can be heard sighing heavily before muttering “Oh b******s”. He can be heard flicking more switches in a panic as he hisses: “Ohhh. Get me out. What the bloody hell is going on here? S*** what the hell happened there?”
Still blissfully unaware that his obscenities were being broadcast to hundreds of thousands of listeners, Grahame rants: “Well f*** it. Great. It's all you want really isn't it... yep … and I don't have Glasgow. What the hell is going on here... technical f*****g faults... ahhhhhh. Forget it.” After one last-ditch attempt to force his equipment to work, the defeated host can be heard muttering to himself: "I couldn't, I couldn't... Unfortunately it was you shouting the borders, the borders all the time!"
The rant, broadcast from Selkirk, was streamed to the BBC Radio Scotland website where it was live for four hours before being taken down. A BBC Scotland spokesman said: "We apologise for any offence caused and we are looking into the matter to find out how the problem with the bulletin arose. There is an internal inquiry underway."

Perhaps my imagination fails, but what the hell is "b******s" supposed to represent? Can someone just fill in a few of the letters? Thanks.
