University lays lawn in library

Staff at Cornell University in New York yesterday installed grass in the Olin Library.





The grass has apparently been trucked in from the Adirondack Mountains because the feel and sight of it has a 'cognitive relaxing effect.'

Sadly I have it on good authority that this is photoshopped. Now I have to wonder if all those stories about colleges that have rooms where you can visit puppies are fake too.
