Some zigging and zagging centre lines down a newly repaved Kuaoa Street in Mililani, Hawaii have some drivers scratching their heads.
The construction company that did the work says it's just a temporary fix, made from adhesive tape and applied by hand, until the asphalt cures.
It says rain on Friday caused problems with the lines.
It also said the temporary lines only serve as a lane divider and are not required to be straight.
