An Albuquerque couple are baffled after a naked man broke into their house on Sunday night. The couple called 911 reporting a break-in in progress, and when police got there, they found their suspect naked and eating cat food. Roy Kincaid, 22, had rung the Wolfersperger's doorbell on Sunday night saying he wanted to use the phone and sleep on the porch.
When asked to leave, Kincaid stripped down and then showed up at his back door, Mike Wolfersperger said. "At some point in there, he also produced a box cutter that he held up to his own throat like, you know, 'I'm going to kill myself,' " recalled Wolfersperger. Wolfersperger locked the door and went inside to call 911.
"He was out there when I went into the bedroom with my wife," he said. The now-naked Kincaid then grabbed a ladder to slam against the back glass door until it finally shattered. That's when he let himself in although he wasn't stealing anything. "Apparently he was eating from the cat food bowl," said Wolfersperger.

When police arrived, they said Kincaid was lying on the ground completely naked, sucking his thumb and eating cat food. When he stood up and came towards them, an officer fired a Taser at Kincaid and arrested him. Kincaid appeared in court on Tuesday charged with aggravated burglary with a deadly weapon and aggravated indecent exposure.

I am always so proud to see the New Mexico stories.....head hanging with long sigh.
Well, he does look ill, and intellectually disabled as well.
I hope he gets a chance to be decently treated, with a support worker and resources to meet his needs, especially for housing and food.
He could have done a lot worse at the scene besides asking for food and shelter, and the homeowners didn't say he threatened them.
