Family have built life-sized igloo out of plastic milk bottles

A family from Corona in southern California have created a life-sized igloo out of empty plastic milk bottles.

Each year, the Leatherman family throw a holiday party. The igloo is meant to dazzle the partygoers and give them something to talk about.

They say they asked friends and family members to drink milk and save the empty bottles for them.

So far it has taken 1,700 empty milk bottles and a total of 16 hours to build the igloo, but they still need to build an archway on the front, which they expect will take another 150 empty bottles.
