Woman accused of holding men hostage and demanding sex avoids jail

A woman from Wausau, Wisconsin accused of holding two men against their will and demanding sex from one of them will avoid jail time if she stays out of trouble for nine months.

Terry L. Boyd, 52, appeared in Marathon County Circuit Court on Friday on charges of false imprisonment, resisting an officer, disorderly conduct and bail jumping. Boyd entered no contest pleas to three counts of disorderly conduct; all other charges were dismissed as a result of a plea agreement.

At the hearing, Judge Mike Moran ordered a deferred entry of judgment for Boyd’s charges, which means the case will be held open for nine months to allow Boyd to complete counselling or treatment. Moran will review Boyd’s case on Nov. 24. The charges stem from two separate incidents that began during the early morning hours of Aug. 12 at a home in Wausau. Witnesses called police to report they heard a loud argument and a man screaming for help.

When officers arrived at the home, they found two men yelling for help from a second-storey window. The men told police they were being held against their will and wanted help to get out. One of the men, a roommate of Boyd, not named because he is the victim of an alleged crime, told police Boyd locked the men in the room and said the men couldn’t leave until one of them had sex with her.

Would be a different story if it was a man holding a woman against her will.

Women don't lose their sex drive after menopause.

Correct you are. They lose it after marriage.
