A man is to stand trial after being accused of placing his private parts through a letterbox.
It is alleged that Mariusz Wojcik, 44, from Paisley, Renfrewshire, intentionally exposed himself in a sexual manner and, with that intention, placed his private parts through a letterbox at a flat in Paisley while two females were inside.
Wojcik is also alleged to have behaved in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear and alarm by repeatedly shouting and swearing at the occupants of the property and kicking a door, causing damage on June 18.
When the accused appeared from custody at Paisley Sheriff Court on Friday, his defence agent Terry Gallanagh confirmed that he would be denying the charges against him.
Wojcik was released on bail.
