A bus driver was eating a burrito with both hands when he caused a pile-up of cars, surveillance footage has revealed.
Jeremy Perea was on a route in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in July last year while eating a burrito.
Newly released CCTV shows Mr Perea biting into the snack before putting it beside him, rather than looking at where he was going.
His distraction triggered a slow-speed crash that caused damage to three cars, all in the one lane.
Now the city bus department is being sued by a driver who claimed to be hurt in the pile-up.
"Our driver was disciplined for eating and drinking on the job, which is against our policy, and for causing the accident," a spokesman said.

"And he has not been in an accident since that day."
The lawsuit claimed Mr Perea had been texting while behind the wheel, but the CCTV has revealed the true cause.
