A woman has discovered a set of keys inside her roast pork.
Hannah Johnston, 29, cooked up the £5 frozen loin of pork from Farmfoods, only to find two keys on a chain in the middle of it.
Hannah, of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, said: ”I have bought the same pork loin from Farmfoods every couple of weeks for a while.
“I bought this one last week and cooked it straight from frozen for an hour and a half.
I checked on it after 30 minutes and couldn’t see anything wrong, and when it was ready brought it back to the chopping board.
When it was on the board, I started to cut down and hit something hard.
“Then I found two keys on a chain, I was really shocked. It wasn’t nice to see.” Hannah contacted Farmfoods and is waiting to receive a voucher from the chain supermarket “as a good-will gesture.”
“Farmfoods was apologetic and said this has never happened before,” she added.
“They want me to send back the keys so they can look into it, but I am not keen as I think it will then go away.
“They are going to send me a voucher too but I don’t know how much it will be worth.
I want to make people aware that this can happen and be careful cooking.
It has put me off shopping there.”
Farmfoods said it would not comment on individual incidents.
A spokeswoman said: “If a customer has been in touch with an issue we will make contact with the supplier and investigate.”

Good thing she didn't try to microwave the meat with the included metal. That'd've been a fire.

Ah, the old "break out of prison by smuggling keys in pork chops" move. The oldest trick in the book.
"I want to make people aware that this can happen and be careful cooking. "
I want people to be more careful with their amorous handcuff keys.
Methinks some workers at the packing plant have a... hobby.
@lukus: And I can hear this in Maxwell Smart's voice. :)
