A Georgia woman is accused of stripping naked outside a Waffle House and attacking several diners while in a state of excited delirium.
After allegedly punching a woman in the face and breaking her nose, she also threw multiple platters at people inside the diner on Friday night.
Jennifer Mary Nicholson, 38, of Marietta, damaged a window when she hit it with a platter and also threw one at a Cobb police officer. Nicholson was not wearing any clothes during the tirade.
“The accused stripped off all of her clothes off in front of Waffle House staff and patrons during a suspected excited delirium state,” the warrant states.
Nicholson resisted being arrested, scratching a police officer across the chin and drawing blood, according to police. Once she was arrested, she was charged with aggravated battery and criminal damage to property, both felonies, and simple assault, obstruction, simple battery and public indecency.
Nicholson is being held without bond in the Cobb jail.
