Not your guinea pig lady jailed after disturbance in McDonald’s

A Florida woman who identified herself as “Not your guinea pig” and who was accused of “going off on the crew” at a McDonald’s has been jailed. On Jan. 10 a Martin County Sheriff’s deputy went to the area of McDonald’s in Stuart following a report of a disturbance.

The deputy saw a woman matching the suspect’s description in front of a nearby store. She started running through the parking lot screaming, “(Expletive) you,” and, “I’m not your guinea pig,” an arrest affidavit states. Other investigators arrived and the woman yelled, “Stop touching yourself, (expletive) you, and I’m not your guinea pig.”

She was taken back to McDonald’s where a worker reported she’d been “’loud, cursing, and going off on the crew.” The McDonald’s worker said the woman “yelled ‘(expletive) this and (expletive) that’ multiple times because the employee behind the counter would not bring her her food.” He also said she attempted to fight.

A deputy asked the woman her name and she said, “Not your guinea pig.” She was taken to jail and complained of foot pain, saying investigators “beat the (fecal matter) out of her.” Medical staff determined her foot had a rash/infection. The woman, previously known as “Not your guinea pig,” said her name was in fact Christina Claus. Ms Claus, 47, was jailed on a disorderly conduct charge.
