Firefighters rescued gerbil from tree trunk

An unusual occurrence happened in Devon on Sunday.



Shortly after 10am a member of the public attended Torquay Fire Station.

They had with them a gerbil stuck in a tree trunk.



Obviously, firefighters used small tools to set the little rodent free.
