Artist Dion Laurent is on a mission to save the planet.
The Texan yesterday put on his on his silver space suit, grabbed a bunch of dandelions and strolled across the Millennium Bridge in Central London.
He then marched into Tate Modern and handed out flowers to stunned school pupils visiting the art museum.
A security guard chortled into his walkie talkie: 'We have a spaceman in the gallery. He seems to be behaving himself.'
Laurent, who was allowed to continue, said his message was about getting people interested in climate change.
After his successful mission, the 41-year-old said he was happy security left him, adding: 'When I tried it in Monaco they locked me in a cell.'
