A quick-thinking couple has saved a baby and two horses from a truck about to burst into flames in Melbourne, Australia.
The woman and her male passenger were travelling on the Monash Freeway near Warrigal Road at about 8.20pm on Sunday night when she smelt smoke coming from the engine.
The pair jumped out of the truck's cab and managed to remove a nine-month-old baby, two horses and a carriage from the vehicle before it exploded in flames, a Victoria Police spokeswoman said.
