He remains "at large," police said. The man walked into Viva Video on Wednesday evening seeking to exchange a penis pump he had purchased, claiming it didn't work as advertised.
The clerk argued that any problems were due to "operator error," a police report said. At that point, the man pulled out a handgun and pointed it at the clerk's head.
He again demanded a replacement for his used pump. The man then fled without a new pump, saying he'd be back. Police have limited information about the suspect and have not made any arrests.

Obviously not a hardened criminal.
Ouch, could hardly see that one coming!
Obviously, I'm off the list of suspects.
That's a disturbingly specific image.
Must have thought he got short changed.
