Thieving seagull stole bag of cash from ferry

A seagull made off with the day's takings on a ferry in south Devon.



The winged felon flew in and carefully extracted a cash bag from the takings tin on the Greenway Ferry at Greenway Quay.



The footage was captured by a fixed camera on board the ferry that links the quay to Dittisham on the opposite bank of the River Dart.

And it isn't the first time he's done it. A few weeks back he swooped in, rifled through the ferryman's bag and flew off with his newspaper.
